The Inner Circle has learned of multiple and conflicting reports of uprisings throughout the Segmentum in and
around the Amicus Cluster. These reports are disturbing in that they seem to suggest figures in Dark Angel livery rallying
and organizing PDF and guard forces throughout the sub-sector to prepare for conflict, although the operational reasoning
is still unclear. Needless to say, as no such sanctioned operations are in progress, the Inner Circle suspects Fallen activity.
Almost as disturbing are the rumblings that the same reports have reached the ears of the Inquisition. Indeed,
the sudden warp jumps of Grey Knight and Sister of Battle forces from the Segmentum Solar, as well as an Ultramarine
Battle Barge from the Western Fringe of Ultramar, are extremely concerning, as all are within striking distance of the target
area.
Task Force Resolution has been cobbled together to investigate the reports, and act in accord with Fallen Capture
Doctrine. All participants in any schemes or forces, Imperial or not, that have crossed paths with the Traitors are to be
dealt with with extreme prejudice. The matter must be dealt with completely before the postulated arrival of Inquisitorial
forces and allies. If this is not possible, the commanders on the scene are authorized to use any and all force necessary
to prevent the discovery of the Fallen.
